Cleaning your home can be a task- the corners and the nooks dirtying day in and day out, the dust slowly accumulating on the shelves, carpets and between the edges of window panes.
Cleansing your space regularly is more difficult than doable, considering how highly expensive the cleaners you purchase are. Therefore, create your own ones at home!
To clean the mirrors and glass!
A simple Do-It-Yourself. Just mix a quarter cup of vinegar with 2 cups of water and add 1 tablespoon cornstarch in it. Pour a 1/4th cup of any antiseptic liquid (preferably Isopropyl Alcohol) with 8 to 10 drops of essential oil and combine the solution well, shake it thoroughly. Put it in a bottle for easy use, spray on the mirrors and wipe them with a cloth. Effortless and sparkling clean!
Clean your oven!
Make a fine spread by mixing half a cup of baking soda with 2 to 3 tablespoon of water and stirring it enough to create a proper paste. Rub that paste on the walls of the oven to give it a scrubbing effect and leave it overnight. The next day, spray some vinegar on the baking soda and clean the resulting foam with a damp cloth. Rinse the oven religiously until it is pristine.
Soften your Fabrics!
Blend 2.5 cups of vinegar with a bottle of your hair conditioner (450 ml.) Add 5.5 cups of water and pour 20 drops of any essential oil in the mix. The essential oil adds a certain fragrance to your clothes but without it, your cleanser would be great too. Mix the solution well and store it in a dry place in an empty container. To use it, add a quarter cup of the solution for an average wash load before the rinse cycle has begun.
Polish the wooden furniture!
An easy way to wipe off that dust from on the wooden furnishings! Blend a ¾ cup of olive oil with ¼ cup of vinegar and add 30 drops of essential oil for lending the aroma and the softening aura to the solution. Shake the mixed ingredients well in a spray bottle before spraying it on the wood and polish it with a dry and clean cloth to spotlessly clean your furniture.
